know you need help but that you don't want to take chemical-based
antidepressants. You must have heard that some drugs can be toxic when

organs. Even Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (or SSRIs) which

* Valerian Root. Scientifically called Valeriana officinalis, Valerian Root,
comes with a really offensive smell, but it has sedative properties that make it

This herb, though, is not to be taken for longer than three weeks, and

particular are the B-Vitamins because these will keep their energy levels up.
There are many food sources of B-Vitamins. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) and Vitamin B2
(riboflavin) are abundant in cereals, whole grains, sea foods, potatoes and
liver. Vitamin B3 (niacin) may be sourced from chicken, fish, dried beans, and
nuts. Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) which somehow affects growth and development
may be found in almost every food. Bananas and wheat germ have Vitamin B6
(pyridoxine), while watermelon, grapefruit, egg yolks, and mushrooms have
Vitamin B7 (Biotin). Vitamin B9 (folic acid) is in citrus fruits as well as in
green and leafy vegetables, peas, and wheat bread. The last of the B-vitamins,
B12 (cobalamin) is found richly in milk and milk products, poultry, and eggs.
However, while you can enjoy the benefits of these important vitamins by eating
whole foods, they may not be enough. And so it becomes very wise to look for
Vitamin B complex supplements instead. This you can be sure that each capsule of
