Depression seems to be such a difficult disorder to have. It does not just affect one's feeling about them, but it affects everything they are. Always remember that it is normal for depressed people to have short periods of low episodes. It is important to observe how long the depression lasts. Never allow depression to go on unchecked. Always get treatment before the situation worsens.
